1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By enrolling in any course or service offered by JEEvolve Academy, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not enroll in our services.

2. SERVICES PROVIDED

JEEvolve Academy provides online coaching services for JEE (Joint Entrance Examination) preparation, including but not limited to:

• Live online classes
• Recorded video lectures
• Study materials and notes
• Test series and mock exams
• One-on-one mentorship sessions
• Doubt-clearing support

3. ENROLLMENT & PAYMENT

• Payment must be completed in full before course access is granted
• All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR)
• Course fees are non-transferable to another person
• Payment gateway charges, if any, are the responsibility of the student

4. COURSE ACCESS & DURATION

• Access to live classes is available during the course duration only
• Recorded lectures remain accessible as specified in the course description
• Course start and end dates will be communicated at the time of enrollment
• JEEvolve reserves the right to modify schedules with prior notice to students

5. STUDENT RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain regular attendance in live classes
• Ensure stable internet connection and compatible devices
• Complete assignments and tests as scheduled
• Maintain respectful behavior with instructors and fellow students
• Not share course materials or login credentials with others

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

• All course content, materials, videos, and resources are copyrighted property of JEEvolve Academy
• Students may use materials for personal study only
• Recording, reproducing, or distributing course content is strictly prohibited
• Violation may result in immediate termination without refund and legal action

7. PRIVACY & DATA

• Student information is collected for course delivery and communication purposes
• Personal data will not be shared with third parties without consent
• We use secure payment gateways for transaction processing

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

• JEEvolve Academy provides educational coaching services only
• We do not guarantee specific exam scores, ranks, or admission results
• Results depend on individual student effort, preparation, and aptitude
• Technical issues on the student's end are not the responsibility of JEEvolve
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

9. CONDUCT & TERMINATION

• Disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated
• JEEvolve reserves the right to terminate enrollment for misconduct without refund
• Students may be removed for violating intellectual property terms

10. MODIFICATIONS

• JEEvolve reserves the right to modify course content, schedules, or policies
• Students will be notified of significant changes
• Continued enrollment after notification constitutes acceptance of changes

11. GOVERNING LAW

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Lucknow.
