Cancellation & Refund Policy

IMPORTANT: No refunds will be provided once classes or services have commenced. Please read this policy carefully before making payment.
1. CANCELLATION BEFORE COURSE/SERVICE STARTS
- Cancellation requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled start date
- Refund will be processed minus payment gateway charges (approximately 2%)
- Refund timeline: 7-10 business days from approval date
2. NO REFUND AFTER COMMENCEMENT
Once the first class is conducted or service is initiated, no refund will be provided under any circumstances.
This includes but is not limited to:
- Change of mind after attending classes
- Non-attendance or inactivity by the student
- Dissatisfaction with teaching methodology
- Personal circumstances or emergencies
- Technical issues on student's end (internet, device problems)
- Failure to meet expected results or scores
3. CANCELLATION BY JEEVOLVE ACADEMY
- If JEEvolve cancels a course or service: Full 100% refund will be provided
- Notification will be sent to registered contact details
- Refund processed within 7-10 business days
4. NON-REFUNDABLE SCENARIOS
No refund will be issued in the following cases:
- Student misconduct or violation of terms
- Sharing of course materials or login credentials
- Failure to attend scheduled classes or sessions
- Technical requirements not met by student
- Poor internet connectivity on student's side
- Device compatibility issues
- After course/service has started
5. PARTIAL REFUNDS
Partial refunds are not applicable. Course fees cover the complete program and cannot be prorated.
6. TRANSFER OF ENROLLMENT
- Course enrollment is non-transferable to another person
- Batch changes may be considered on case-by-case basis before course starts (subject to availability)
7. HOW TO REQUEST CANCELLATION
To request cancellation before course starts:

- Provide: Full name, payment receipt, enrollment details, reason for cancellation
- Requests will be reviewed within 24-48 hours
8. REFUND METHOD
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment source only
- If original source is unavailable, bank transfer will be arranged
- Banking details must match the name on enrollment
9. REFUND PROCESSING TIME
- Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days
- Bank processing may take additional 3-5 days
- Total timeline: Approximately 10-15 business days
10. DISPUTES
- Any disputes regarding refunds must be raised within 30 days of payment
- All disputes are subject to jurisdiction of Lucknow courts only
